Volunteer & Dental Mission Trips

Dr. Sloan has participated in many volunteer efforts and dental mission trips throughout Central America and South America, focused on delivering essential treatments, education and fostering long-term oral health. Dr. Sloan also spent two years owning Paisano Kidz Dental - a community clinic for children in Texas on the Mexican border. No child was turned away regardless of the family's ability to pay.

Dr. Sloan has a valid DEA, NPI, and malpractice insurance. No malpractice claims or disciplinary actions.

Long term coverage out of state is also available. Travel and lodging reimbursement required, and a daily minimum rate applies.

Dr. Sloan is an independent contractor, and requires payment at the time of service via 1099. A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the day.
